They are widely used in coil mills, bar workshops, grinding and painting of round workpieces.          The coil transport trolley is a transport tool widely used in the production line of hot and cold rolling mills. Its performance directly affects the efficiency of work and the safety of production personnel. Due to the coil is heavy equipment and easy to roll, therefore, safety must be considered when transporting. In traditional transportation, usually use guardrail or rope to fix materials, or use crane directly transport. However, these transportation methods have bring great safety hazards to personnel and the work efficiency is low.
        The coil trolley uses the battery under the electric flat car as the power source. The DC traction control system controls the DC traction motor turn back and forth, and the reducer drives the wheel to make the electric flat car start, stop, move forward, move backward, turn around, change speed, etc.
        Due to coil transfer car solid structure, it can handling hundreds tons of cargo, and it is stable, safe and reliable. It is widely used transport heavy goods in the factory workhouse. Such steel coil transport trucks are commonly used in the following situations: coil mills factory, bar mills factory, round workpiece grinding and painting.
        There are several things to attention when using the coil transfer car.
1. When transfer the coil, the coil should be placed in the middle of the V-frame, and it is strictly unbalance load or overloaded.
2. When putting the coil, it should be stable. It is strictly forbidden to take any loading method that is violently impacted on the vehicle, such as quick and violent method.
3. Using with the unreeling machine: When loading the coil, the V-frame must be at the lowest position, that is the bottom of the V-frame direct contact with the surface of the hydraulic flatbed. After the coil is placed in place and stable, the hydraulic flatbed is run to the position where the unreeling is loaded, then started the cylinder, lifted the coil into position, the flat car is slowly run, pushed the coil into position, after the coil is positioned, then decline the V-frame to the lowest position and exit the hydraulic flatbed. Like this cyclically used.
4.  Using with the winding machine: When the winder needs to discharge, the V-frame must be at the lowest position, that is the bottom of the V-frame is direct contact with the hydraulic flatbed. Run the hydraulic flatbed under the coil (aligned with the middle of the V-frame), start the cylinder, lift the V-frame contact with the coil. After unloading, decline the V-frame to the lowest position and exit the hydraulic pressure. Like this cyclically used.
